| EIM -OPTION We aim to reach our goals with creative, elegant, and intelligent musical practices. Our principles of all doing is driven by the Biblical and ethical approach of the love for the fellowman and the respect for the interests of others. We are non-profit, but do provide featuring musicians the possibility to profits through the co-operative program that we have created and developed, i.e. Equity Input Model (EIM) -option. In short, in the initial stages of collaboration, featuring musicians input their own equity, e.g. time, resources and equipment, to the joint track with JRP Records and also become equity holders of that track by which they have the right to utilize and market the recorded track for the profit, as long as the copyright remains in JRP Records and with original composers and arrangers.
